Paper Formatting Guidelines

Format:

  • Manuscripts must be written in English.
  • Papers should be formatted in a single-column layout using Times New Roman font.
  • Font size specifications:

    • Body text: 12-point size, justified alignment.

    • Line spacing: 1.15 for body text, single spacing for footnotes and references.

    • Margins: 1-inch on all sides.

  • Allowed file type(s) for "Manuscript File" is only: doc, docx

    Notice:

    • The author should submit two files related to research:

      1. Research Title and author Information via "suplementary Page."
      2. Research Document (Excluding Author's Information) via "Main Page."

    • Authors’ information should not be placed in "Manuscript Main File".

Paper Length:

  • The manuscript papers must be between 8,000 and 12,000 words, including references.

Title of the paper:

  • The title should be centered, in bold, upper-case letters, and positioned at the top of the first page.
  • The title should clearly and concisely reflect the paper’s content.

Author details:

  • The author’s full name, institutional affiliation, and email address must be provided.
  • Formatting specifications:
    • Author details: 12-point size, centered below the title.

Abstract:

  • The abstract must be between 150 to 250 words.
  • Formatting specifications:
    • Abstract text: 10-point size, italicized.
  • The abstract should concisely summarize the research scope, methodology, and key findings.

Keywords:

  • A list of 3 to 5 keywords should be provided below the abstract.
  • Keywords must be italicized and separated by commas.
  • Keywords should be relevant to the research topic.

Headings:

  • Headings should follow a structured format:
    • Main section headings: Bold, 16-point size, numbered (e.g., 1. Introduction).
    • Sub-headings: Bold, 14-point size, numbered hierarchically (e.g., 1.1 Study Objectives).
  • Headings should clearly define sections and sub-sections.

Figures and Tables:

  • All figures, graphs, charts, and tables must be high resolution and properly labeled.
  • Figures and tables must be numbered sequentially and cited within the text.
  • Captions should be below figures and above tables, written in 10-point font.

Equations:

  • Each equation must be displayed on a separate line and numbered consecutively in parentheses.
  • Equations should be formatted using a professional equation editor.
  • If necessary, mathematical derivations should be placed in appendices, with only the essential equations included in the main text.

References:

  • References must be listed in a separate section at the end of the paper, following the citation style specified by the journal (e.g., APA, IEEE, Chicago, Harvard).
  • Citations should be formatted consistently throughout the manuscript.
